BOUNDARIES TOP TEN CHECK LIST
Please read each technique and score yourself on a scale of 1-10 on how well you do it.
1 = I have a long way to go. 10 = I have no more work to do on this one.
- I am able to say "no" without feeling guilty.
- I do not let anyone abuse me emotionally, verbally or physically.
- I can take a stand and am strong enough to follow through.
- I am honest in my communications and relationships.
- I do not take responsibility for other people's feelings.
- I understand and accept that setting boundaries is a loving thing to do.
- I am totally responsible for my own feelings.
- When other people get upset at the boundaries that I set, I love them through it.
- I do not abuse myself emotionally, physically or verbally.
- I understand and respect other people's boundaries.
